The Volunteer Friend is encouraged to have 2 - 4 visits per month with his/her Friend.
We encourage that you activities with the Friend remain those that were discussed on your first visit with the Friend and the Senior Services Case Manager. The Senior Services Case Manager will have given you a written Care Plan after that visit.
As issues/concerns arise, the Volunteer Friend can contact the Volunteer Guardian Executive Director at any time. The UCVGP staff is on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
